We’ve updated our pricing!!
Over the past year, we have expanded and improved our services here at Intivio. In the beginning, we were just a small media production company helping to create videos of varying lengths. However ever since December of last year, we have ramped up our services and now we offer more than ever before and we don’t plan to stop there. Later this year, we are looking forward to announcing even more products that will be offered to you. Just to reflect for a little bit, since 2021, we have added social media support, advertising, website design and SEO, business solutions, lead generation, and much more. For the longest time, we have kept our pricing relatively similar to what it was in the beginning, in fact, the prices that were previously set are quite low compared to the range of services provided to our clients. During this time of the year, we have noticed certain changes and factors that forced us to update our pricing to reflect not only the number of services provided but also match the quality that is being given. The new pricing will be as follows:
$349 for the Basic Plan,
$649 for the Plus Plan, and
$749 for the Ultra Plan.
You will notice that the naming of our tiers has also changed and now the Ultra tier will offer a 20% discount. We understand that this will be a big jump from the old pricing but again, in order to continue to operate, we cannot use the old pricing while providing more and more new services. Our Standard packages will not be affected, although you will see the new services added there individually. As for current and legacy customers, the migration will happen in July of 2022. You will have two options:
Option 1: Ultra Plan
With this option, most customers are currently enjoying the benefits of the Ultra Plan (Formerly Pro Plan). In this case, starting in July, you will be moved to the 749 Plan and be charged on the same billing date as you originally set. If you want to be moved earlier or if you elect to be charged on July 1st, we will refund your May service fee to your payment type. Refunds will usually appear within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Option 2: Per Case Calculation
We also allow you to elect to choose the Per Case Calculation option. We understand that you may not utilize all of our services but still want to keep the support of the Ultra Plan. In this case, we offer Per Case Calculation. In this scenario, we will calculate the number of hours worked per month for you and then charge that at $20 an hour. We will assume each month has 30 days, however, we have seen that the Ultra Plan Pricing is at least 30% cheaper than this option.
The Updated pricing will go into effect effective immediately, however current and legacy customers will be migrated in July meaning that they will have time to consider which option is more preferable to them. Again, we will continue to add more services and for now, we will keep the pricing at this point. Thank you for your support
