Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All return requests must be emailed to us within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must have proof of purchase and reason of return listed
RETURN PROCESS
To return a service, please email customer service at support@intivio.com to obtain a Return Code from us. After receiving an RC number, reply to us with your proof of purchase, we will be sure to process your return as soon as possible. All return requests must be sent in before service starts.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your request, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● If product or contract is fulfilled, return is not allowed
● Subscriptions can be canceled but will not be refunded
● We may provide partial refunds under certain circumstances
