Intivio Monetization Policy.
The policy below outlines our policy on monetization on all platforms that we help to manage including profits from e-commerce stores, social media accounts, ad revenue, Youtube Partner Program, and Advertising Spending. The policy will outline the two ways we will charge you based on your monetization structure and scale
1. Flat Rate
Our flat rate will encompass a $100 fee for all profits or ad spends under $1000. If your ad spend or total revenue from the accounts is $500 or lower, we will lower your fee to $50. The flat-rate option is option available for those who spend or use less than $1000 in advertising costs or have less than $1000 of profit from their accounts in total. We will not calculate your accounts separately unless you ask us to do so, in which case each account will get either a flat rate or percentage cut and then the sum of those will determine the final amount.
2. Percentage Cut
Our Percentage Cut will include a 15% rate of all profits or ad spends over $1000. Our rate will never increase no matter how much revenue is generated or how much you decide to spend in advertising. Again, we will not calculate your accounts separately unless you ask us to do so, in which case each account will be will either get a flat rate or percentage cut and then the sum of those will determine the final amount
3. Payment Frequency
Due to the nature of monetization and the time needed to calculate the final total, after the first month of monetization, there may be a slight delay before an amount is billed to your account, however, this will also stay as a monthly charge separate from the management fee. Since this is regarding your spending or profit totals, an itemized statement will also come with each month’s bill in which you can elect to have us charge your payment on file or send you a payment link for this.
4. Exceptions and other information
We are always open to discussing the flat rate with our customers. Depending on your total revenue from the accounts, we may choose to generate a custom amount until either your total or single account reaches the amount needed to meet the standard rate. Also, once you have started monetization, please notify us once this occurs as we want to start monitoring your account not only for the total amounts but also to help us scale your accounts for the future. Failure to do this will result in retroactive charges that may be billed with or without your notice.
5. YouTube Partner Program:
For clients enrolled in the YouTube Partner Program, a separate revenue-sharing agreement applies. We will collect a fixed 25% share of the total revenue generated through your YouTube channel(s). This revenue share will be calculated independently of any other monetization platforms or services managed by us.
Payment for YouTube Partner Program revenue share will follow the same frequency and billing process outlined in sections 3 and 4 of this policy. It is imperative to inform us promptly upon commencement of monetization through the YouTube Partner Program to ensure accurate tracking and billing. Failure to notify us may result in retroactive charges being applied, with or without prior notice.
Please note that our commitment to transparency remains unchanged, and detailed statements reflecting your YouTube Partner Program revenue share will accompany your monthly billing statements for review and reconciliation.
